First of Feb, I had a lecture at Wesgreen School for Design & Art department students to talk about my career and my photobook "Movements". The faculty & staff were very welcoming and I would like to thank Mr Asif Mehmood the senior head of Art & Design at Wesgreen for helping and organising it for me. Also for Mr Yamam for preparing and helping me out on the day of lecture.
the School is really good. It was such a wonderful experience to meet the wonderful students who some of them have really promising future and I'm proud of them. It's really nice to meet young fresh people who also have great sense of humour. I enjoyed the most the Q&A, some of the students' questions were really smart and actually good.
I'm have more plans to visit some Universities & Schools for the tour of the book / talking briefly about my career, Q&A. whenever i have time, if you are in one and would like me to come you can send me an email and I will try my best to be there. It's always great to meet new people^^
Today I went to check on my deviant art page, and I was getting many comments and congrats at the same time, could it be? then i checked to find out i got my first Daily Deviation!! i was jumping from happiness and didn't know what to do i was sooo happy and checking every comment make me happier, really appreciate who recommended me and who chose me for the DD.

I'm sorry for being late for posting the photos of the event and also snap shots for the book, i hope you will enjoy viewing.
the book contains photos that talk about some feelings and emotions for the places i attended to go in each emirate, and how do i see it in my point of view as an artist.

ok I put this photo here again for a reason, about 4 months ago, I've been told by my cousin that some of her friends had it in their background of their mobile phones, and other cousins as well, I was happy about it. Last week, a friend called me and told me everyone she knew has it as an icon in her bb list, other friends told me the same thing because my friends knew that i took that photo, yesterday my friend told me the same thing.
I would like to thank you all, this makes me happy because without knowing who is the photographer, i just knew that you liked that photo very much, they told me there is something about her holding the hair like that, I like to hear what they liked about the photo and what got their attention in.

my feelings : disappointed. I always have faith on a community that they might change to better or might improve but i don't see a thing. I feel sorry for them. It's really painful that you get all the education other people need and do nothing with it.
I got busy with clients - sick two times - getting up at 5 to go to desert to enjoy the rain and weather. visiting friends trying to have time for them.
had a lovely photoshoot with the designer Ferial Al Bastaky for her new amazing collection. The funny part : i was sick on that day. very very sick i couldn't even swallow but i couldn't cancel it because models have this day off and because the magazine asked for fast new photos in a week! like always i was on time to give the CD because I'm a pro. while they delay hahah these kind of magazines make me laugh.
the designer, makeup artists and models asked me to delay the shoot for another day but i refused.
I just want to say when you give a word you stick to it no matter what. I keep my promises because i want others to keep their promises
I want to thank Ferial Al Bastaky for her help on that day and her great spirit, it's an honour to know you. Farah al Shohomy the MUA. Shahla my lovely assistant for helping me all the day in the shoot. and the models: Aysel, Salwa and Cassandra making it easy for me.
what I'm doing :
right now I'm tyring to finish my book before i get into any new interview. I'm planning to have an exhibition, any recommendation?
