Today i got my invitation cards and mini cards for my first solo exhibition - yes i know i haven't talked about it yet but i was preparing and hoping everything will go well by the date.

I would like to thank ESMOD Fashion University - Dubai for giving me this opportunity and for believing in my work. It was great honor to be asked for a solo exhibition for my fashion photographs at fashion University like ESMOD. it's almost a dream comes to true for a fashion photographer like me.

so about my cards.. it turned to be great - for the first time i wasn't worry about the print because it came direct from London so everything is pro. when it's for a print for them.

I'm so happy with the cards' print really makes your photos look great

I have many things to do for the exhibition and going to the printing to check on the canvas print.

I had a great day today with ESMOD French fashion University's students. I had a photoshoot full day with 9 young designers for their graduation concept portfolio. They amazed me with each design. funky style to elegant. Can't wait to show some of the work soon.
I hope to work with them again because it was an honour and i need this kind of style for my portfolio.

my feelings : disappointed. I always have faith on a community that they might change to better or might improve but i don't see a thing. I feel sorry for them. It's really painful that you get all the education other people need and do nothing with it.

I got busy with clients - sick two times - getting up at 5 to go to desert to enjoy the rain and weather. visiting friends trying to have time for them.

had a lovely photoshoot with the designer Ferial Al Bastaky for her new amazing collection. The funny part : i was sick on that day. very very sick i couldn't even swallow but i couldn't cancel it because models have this day off and because the magazine asked for fast new photos in a week! like always i was on time to give the CD because I'm a pro. while they delay hahah these kind of magazines make me laugh.

the designer, makeup artists and models asked me to delay the shoot for another day but i refused.
I just want to say when you give a word you stick to it no matter what. I keep my promises because i want others to keep their promises

I want to thank Ferial Al Bastaky for her help on that day and her great spirit, it's an honour to know you. Farah al Shohomy the MUA. Shahla my lovely assistant for helping me all the day in the shoot. and the models: Aysel, Salwa and Cassandra making it easy for me.

what I'm doing :
right now I'm tyring to finish my book before i get into any new interview. I'm planning to have an exhibition, any recommendation?

it's really annoying when interviews ask from my photo to include with my photography work. the name is not enough? they have to see my face to follow me and kill me? lol J/K
so there is this magazine which is really really luved to be interviewed there.. so just in case they ask me for my photo i shall give them one.. I was thinking sooner or later things will get bigger for me and definitely will be asked for my photo. so i shall start taking a good one before they snap my face with bad flash and add it next to my interview like what happened last time and made so annoyed! lol

so any suggestion how should my selfportrait for interviews should be? i want something bold, black and white, and very very powerful and respectful and nothing to do with sexy thing!! at all!
and not clear ofcourse - so it could be another face not me!! lool i mean when they see it -- they can't recognize me in the streets lol - i think you got my points..

suggestions are welcome and no you will not see the results.. it should be enough that it will be in my interviews :(

2 days - the first day was inside and outside the studio for beauty shots for the models and then outside for the session we did together

it was hard because we had limited time and then my memory had a crazy time so i only took 5 photos!!! i couldn't believe it when i returned to the studio -- my cam worked again and my memory was alright !! ?? lol

I enjoyed working with all of them, makeup artists, models, and my friends :P

my facebook fan page has more than 100 fans!! yay me lol i promise i will do better and better

I am thinking it might be the time for Canon D1 don't you think? also i am planning to have Canon EF 24-70mm f/2.8 L USM Lens it will be really great for my fashion photographs, and Canon Speedlite 580EX
i probably will add them to my list :P

how was it go? great at the beginning where i met Helen from Capetown / SouthAfrica and Salwa Ayari from Tunis, she is a professional model and has the most beautiful skin. When we met Salwa, we found how she looked like Billie Piper somehow.
At the beginning we have studio photoshoot with both models and 2 different makeup style with Farah & Bronziya makeup artists.
at 4 p.m. went with glory to instruction place to complete my vision of a fashion photoshoot. and guess what? something happened to my memory!!! and i couldn't take more than 5 photos!! i tried so hard and the dark was coming and i felt like oh no!!! thank god shahla has a backup cam. so i took few more photos with hers.
special thanks to Shahla and Glory for assistanting. "hugz"

We had great day in the course. 5 hours and one hour running for photoshooting in the bus and in the music room. It was fun with all the girls and crazy in the same time. I went with models after that to the studio to comepelete the photoshooting with different style and make up.
I hope you enjoyed the photos.
Mostly I'm happy with my facebook fanpage and the encouragment i get from Deviantart.

Wish me luck, I have another crazy idea fashion shoot ( one of my sketches idea) and i hope it will work out on Sat. with Farah and Bronz makeup artists. My friend glory will join the photoshoot.

this way i will have more photographs for my bio book and my fashion photobook.
