ladydesign photography

it's really annoying when interviews ask from my photo to include with my photography work. the name is not enough? they have to see my face to follow me and kill me? lol J/K
so there is this magazine which is really really luved to be interviewed there.. so just in case they ask me for my photo i shall give them one.. I was thinking sooner or later things will get bigger for me and definitely will be asked for my photo. so i shall start taking a good one before they snap my face with bad flash and add it next to my interview like what happened last time and made so annoyed! lol

so any suggestion how should my selfportrait for interviews should be? i want something bold, black and white, and very very powerful and respectful and nothing to do with sexy thing!! at all!
and not clear ofcourse - so it could be another face not me!! lool i mean when they see it -- they can't recognize me in the streets lol - i think you got my points..

suggestions are welcome and no you will not see the results.. it should be enough that it will be in my interviews :(

2 days - the first day was inside and outside the studio for beauty shots for the models and then outside for the session we did together

it was hard because we had limited time and then my memory had a crazy time so i only took 5 photos!!! i couldn't believe it when i returned to the studio -- my cam worked again and my memory was alright !! ?? lol

I enjoyed working with all of them, makeup artists, models, and my friends :P

my facebook fan page has more than 100 fans!! yay me lol i promise i will do better and better

I am thinking it might be the time for Canon D1 don't you think? also i am planning to have Canon EF 24-70mm f/2.8 L USM Lens it will be really great for my fashion photographs, and Canon Speedlite 580EX
i probably will add them to my list :P

how was it go? great at the beginning where i met Helen from Capetown / SouthAfrica and Salwa Ayari from Tunis, she is a professional model and has the most beautiful skin. When we met Salwa, we found how she looked like Billie Piper somehow.
At the beginning we have studio photoshoot with both models and 2 different makeup style with Farah & Bronziya makeup artists.
at 4 p.m. went with glory to instruction place to complete my vision of a fashion photoshoot. and guess what? something happened to my memory!!! and i couldn't take more than 5 photos!! i tried so hard and the dark was coming and i felt like oh no!!! thank god shahla has a backup cam. so i took few more photos with hers.
special thanks to Shahla and Glory for assistanting. "hugz"

We had great day in the course. 5 hours and one hour running for photoshooting in the bus and in the music room. It was fun with all the girls and crazy in the same time. I went with models after that to the studio to comepelete the photoshooting with different style and make up.
I hope you enjoyed the photos.
Mostly I'm happy with my facebook fanpage and the encouragment i get from Deviantart.

Wish me luck, I have another crazy idea fashion shoot ( one of my sketches idea) and i hope it will work out on Sat. with Farah and Bronz makeup artists. My friend glory will join the photoshoot.

this way i will have more photographs for my bio book and my fashion photobook.

so, each photo has a story - i will keep posting new photos in this month but it's all for the same day shoot. Here are some photos of knopa the model in my studio after we were outside photo shooting. I was chasing the time to get as much photos as i can have.

long time i know it's been a month. I'm starting my new bio book and another one for fashion photographs - i need more photos for my fashion photo book because i want a different look fashionable different looks like 50s style and others like fantasia style in 3 different locations

i need thin - pale - 170 heights models for this project - locations will be outside the studio

the make up artist will be the international makeup artist Mona Harafsha and her assistants who will give full makeover for each model hair and make up. I would like to thank her for co operate with me in this project.

each model will have prints for her photographs to add at in her portfolio. TFP /TFCD

my arms are killing me today because of the photoshooting yesterday with 7 models for make up. I will start photoshooting after ramadan. I'm preparing my first book but I have some doubts for the size. I wanted to add some of my portraits and fashion / commerical work and the other part is nature photographs. That's why i am thinking to make 2 books. one for everything i have done and the other only for fashion photographs.

I will be waiting until my photoshooting after ramadan because i want to add more fashion work in there with the new lighting i'm ordering.

Knopa's portfolio is almost done. last photo you can see in the shadow as a pregnant woman and i wrote in details of how the slim shaped model can transform into a pregnant woman in her mind and how hard it is to be, because she might not have the same figure again

yay my new webbie is online! yay me! lol It's too simple one to view more and i can now add more photos whenever i want. check it !

I also have a fan page at facebook - let's see how things work there. You know how crazy some people can go but i will stay positive on that.

One photoshoot is done, Aysel was so great turkish model, She is really good for abayah and fashion show and arabic heavy make up- I wish i can show you some of her photos but i will ask her permittion later to add it here once it's all done. She looks like haifa wahbi in heavy make and reminds me lil bit in sherehan. She is soft sweet girl.

and the big one will be on tuesday. Wish me luck ;)

I'm busy this week with two photoshoots.

I had sketches and the idea is really great - we will have 5 models this time with my client - all summer make up and hair style - the customs we still prepared. The idea contains everything and it will be so new from our usual ads in this country. Let's hope everything will be great. The only thing i am worried about the models to be in time otherwise we will cancel the photoshoot.

so no more photos for next week? I will try but i promise you for the new look of lady-design.com - i make it this time so simple to view so i can add more work later. I'm preparing my facebook fan page after my friend suggested that i should have a fan page. I know some photographers in the same area trying to steal from me but let's remember the original, i get used to it now but this time my work are going in public and everyone will see it in my portfolio first, right ;)

I can't wait for the good weather after few months so i can start photoshooting for fashion clothes that i have some great ideas in mind. Otherwise i will travel after two months to photoshoot.

This time I'm more happy than last ad. Because it's clear and not squeezed. Everything like i expected. Thank god.

the heat was sooooooo bad in this hot weather - we were shooting in hell!! Our weather giving us a hard time in shooting - Can you believe it's only 4 months we have good weather in UAE? and these months i always recommend to my clients to have photoshooting but like always they don't listen lol. I was thinking to have one of my photoshooting in France, i have some castles and old houses in mind, for dressing photoshoot like Pride & Prejudice 's movie

Farah is my favourite make up artist that i worked with three times. She gets into girls' heart with her amazing make up and style. She is different from others uae make up artists with her simple - professional and clean make up i can see big future for her. Kristen is a Lebanese hair stylist and she is known here as one of uae favourite hair stylest. I was lucky to work with them both but the heat gave us short time. so there was on hair style and three makeup styles. The model is Nisreen and the gowns were from Kameez empire fashion. Kameez sent many gowns but with outside weather it would be great for photoshooting them. We are planning to make special catalogue with them but when the weather will get better, otherwise we need to get out of the country!

I will leave you now with Farah's last photoshoot until i upload the new ones. Her photos also will be release in the online HCL magazine.

I'm also trying to add more photos because the agency asked more for my work with them.

I'm proud of all of you.

I'm thinking of a new course but this time it will be with more girls not only from schools and it will be for the new stages and retouching the images.

This year i was giving a course to prop. school students who has a special photography club, they are so interested in photography and they have the passion of learning. Many Questions on their minds and they want to learn fast. I tried to give them some tricks and easy way to get a good photo. At the end of the year, we gave them their own exhibition and their photographs has same level as Univ. Students. I told them if they were keep in doing what they do, they will be in excellent stage when they will be on their 20's.
I will post some photos of the exhibition in my next post.

these are some of my latest photographs with Model Knopa for her portfolio. We were trying something natural with glamour fashion look and some focus in the face that might help in her career make up or fashion.
